How to Cancel Wide Chat and Get a Refund
Wide Chat subscriptions are billed through Apple or Google, not inside the app, so you cancel them in your store settings. Below are the steps for both iPhone and Android, how to request a refund, and what users report about Wide Chat billing.
Cancel Wide Chat on iPhone (iOS)

- 2Tap your name at the top of the screen to open your Apple ID.
- 3Tap Subscriptions to see every app that bills you through Apple.
- 4Find Wide Chat in the list and tap it. If it is not there, you may have subscribed through the app itself or a different Apple ID.

Cancel Wide Chat on Android
