Why Shopping Apps Get Negative Reviews

The shopping category is one of the most competitive on both the App Store and Google Play. Users expect reliability, performance, and regular updates. When apps fall short, negative reviews pile up fast. This page ranks shopping apps by their total number of negative reviews (1-3 stars), giving you a data-driven view of which apps frustrate users the most.

Whether you're a developer avoiding common pitfalls, a product manager benchmarking competitors, or an ASO specialist looking for market gaps, this data helps you make informed decisions. Filter by country to see regional differences in user complaints.
