We read 5,918 substantial negative US reviews from a continuous 93 day run, and 246 of them describe being charged a cancellation fee. 171 name something the driver did as the reason the ride ended. Everand holds 3.52 stars from 614,520 Google Play ratings. We read 1,658 substantial negative reviews spanning 866 days. Before November 2024, 3 of 177 mentioned unlocks or credits. After it, 481 of 1,481 did, and monthly complaint volume went from 29 to 110.
